Request Payment ID

If you have received a debt validation notice or a settlement offer via mail or email, your letter will contain a QR code that you can scan with your smart device to navigate directly to our payment portal. Your Payment ID will be included in the letter to help you easily locate your account.

If you have not yet received your Payment ID or have misplaced it, please contact us via email at the address provided below.

Once your payment is completed, you will receive a payment receipt, and your credit bureau report will be updated within five business days.
